FOR PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL COURSES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n of IT Focus Academy s.r.o., Company ID 23442573, registered office at Novotn\u00e9ho 1279\/1,<\/p>\n\n\n\n Hlubo\u010depy, 152 00 Prague 5, registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in<\/p>\n\n\n\n Prague, Section C, Insert 427177 (hereinafter referred to as “Provider<\/strong>“)<\/p>\n\n\n\n I. Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n a. “Terms<\/strong>” means these General Terms and Conditions, which regulate the rights and obligations of<\/p>\n\n\n\n the Provider and Customer in connection with providing courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n b. “Customer<\/strong>” means a natural person over 18 years of age, with full legal capacity, who has<\/p>\n\n\n\n concluded a Service Agreement with the Provider. The Customer acts as the legal representative of<\/p>\n\n\n\n the Participant or is the Participant themselves and is the contracting party with the Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n c. “Participant<\/strong>” means a person who actually participates in the Course, either personally (if adult),<\/p>\n\n\n\n or as a child on whose behalf the contract was concluded by a legal representative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n d. “Course<\/strong>” means an educational activity organized by the Provider, intended for children or<\/p>\n\n\n\n adults, focused primarily on information technology, programming, robotics and related topics,<\/p>\n\n\n\n conducted in the form of regular or one-time lessons, in-person or online, under conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n established by the Service Agreement and these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n e. “Contracting Parties<\/strong>” means the Provider and Customer, “Contracting Party<\/strong>” means the<\/p>\n\n\n\n Provider or Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n f. “Service Agreement<\/strong>” means an unnamed contract pursuant to \u00a7 1746 para. 2 of the Civil Code<\/p>\n\n\n\n regarding participation in a course concluded between the Customer and Provider, the content of<\/p>\n\n\n\n which is the Provider’s obligation to ensure the participant’s opportunity to participate in the course<\/p>\n\n\n\n and the Customer’s obligation to pay the course fee and comply with the Terms. The Service<\/p>\n\n\n\n Agreement is concluded by the Customer’s approval of these Terms when purchasing the Course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n g. “Course Fee<\/strong>” means the price for participation in a specific course, determined by the Provider<\/p>\n\n\n\n and stated in the course offer or enrollment confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n h. “Lesson<\/strong>” means an individual teaching unit of a given Course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n i. “Webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky<\/strong>” means the Provider’s website available at https:\/\/itfocusacademy.com, through which<\/p>\n\n\n\n course enrollment takes place and information about course offerings, contacts and other services is<\/p>\n\n\n\n published.<\/p>\n\n\n\n j. “Services<\/strong>” means activities provided by the Provider to the Customer and Participant within the<\/p>\n\n\n\n contractual relationship according to the specific course offer. Services may consist primarily of<\/p>\n\n\n\n organizing courses, teaching, communicating with parents or participants, providing educational<\/p>\n\n\n\n materials, managing access credentials or issuing certificates of course completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n k. “Civil Code<\/strong>” or “CC<\/strong>” means Act No. 89\/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amendedl. “Personal Data<\/strong>” means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person that the<\/p>\n\n\n\n Provider processes in connection with its activities, in accordance with applicable legal regulations,<\/p>\n\n\n\n especially GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n m. “GDPR<\/strong>” means Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27<\/p>\n\n\n\n April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and<\/p>\n\n\n\n on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection<\/p>\n\n\n\n Regulation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n n. “Personal Data Processing Principles<\/strong>” means a document issued by the Provider that<\/p>\n\n\n\n establishes rules and procedures for processing Personal Data and informs data subjects about their<\/p>\n\n\n\n rights in accordance with GDPR, available at [https:\/\/itfocusacademy.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2025\/08\/Beru-na-vedomi-Zasady-zpracovani-osobnich-udaju.pdf].<\/p>\n\n\n\n II. Introductory Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n a. The Terms regulate, in accordance with the provision of \u00a7 1751 para. 1 of the Civil Code, the<\/p>\n\n\n\n mutual rights and obligations of the Contracting Parties arising from the Service Agreement or in<\/p>\n\n\n\n connection with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n b. The User concludes the Service Agreement remotely through the Website, by sending a<\/p>\n\n\n\n registration (enrollment) in the course by the Customer and its confirmation by the Provider. An<\/p>\n\n\n\n integral part of this process is the Customer’s consent to these Terms and to the Personal Data<\/p>\n\n\n\n Processing Principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n c. Based on the Service Agreement, the Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with Services<\/p>\n\n\n\n corresponding to the description of the specific course and the Customer undertakes to pay the<\/p>\n\n\n\n agreed Course Fee and comply with these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n d. These Terms form an integral part of the Service Agreement and are binding on both Contracting<\/p>\n\n\n\n Parties for the entire duration of the contractual relationship until complete settlement of all mutual<\/p>\n\n\n\n rights and obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n III. Course Enrollment and Contract Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n a. Demo lesson registration<\/strong>. The Provider may offer interested parties the opportunity to<\/p>\n\n\n\n participate in a free demo lesson before starting a full course. The interested party fills out a<\/p>\n\n\n\n registration form on the Website, where they provide basic information about the Participant (e.g.,<\/p>\n\n\n\n name, age, previous experience) and possibly the legal representative’s details. After submitting the<\/p>\n\n\n\n registration, the Provider confirms the demo lesson date. Participation in the demo lesson is non-<\/p>\n\n\n\n binding and does not establish a right to participate in the follow-up course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n b. Binding course enrollment<\/strong>. Based on interest in the course, the Provider sends the Customer an<\/p>\n\n\n\n email link to the final enrollment (course order), which includes selecting a specific course,<\/p>\n\n\n\n completing identification data and chosen payment method. Sending a properly completed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n enrollment to the Provider constitutes a proposal to conclude a Contract.<\/strong> The Service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Agreement is concluded at the moment of delivery of enrollment confirmation from the<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Provider to the Customer’s email<\/strong>. This confirmation typically contains a summary of the ordered<\/p>\n\n\n\n course and payment details.c. Enrollment rejection.<\/strong> The Provider reserves the right to reject an enrollment and not conclude a<\/p>\n\n\n\n Service Agreement, especially for capacity or other objective reasons preventing acceptance of the<\/p>\n\n\n\n enrollment. The Customer will be informed of this fact without undue delay. The Provider may also<\/p>\n\n\n\n offer an alternative date or another course. Without enrollment confirmation from the Provider, the<\/p>\n\n\n\n Customer has no right to participate in the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n d. Child enrollment by legal representative<\/strong>. A child’s enrollment may be submitted by any of their<\/p>\n\n\n\n legal representatives. It is assumed that the parent acting during enrollment does so with the consent<\/p>\n\n\n\n of the other legal representative. The Provider acts in good faith and is not obligated to verify this<\/p>\n\n\n\n consent. If the Provider has demonstrable knowledge of the other legal representative’s<\/p>\n\n\n\n disagreement, the Provider may temporarily suspend processing the enrollment until the situation<\/p>\n\n\n\n between the parents is clarified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n e. Information provided in enrollment<\/strong>. The Customer is obligated to provide true, complete and<\/p>\n\n\n\n current information about themselves and the Participant in the enrollment. In particular, they are<\/p>\n\n\n\n obligated to inform the Provider of all facts that may affect the course of instruction or child safety,<\/p>\n\n\n\n such as health limitations or specific educational needs. This information serves to adapt instruction<\/p>\n\n\n\n to the child’s needs and the Provider handles it in accordance with relevant legal regulations and<\/p>\n\n\n\n Personal Data Processing Principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n f. Form of contract conclusion.<\/strong> The Service Agreement is concluded remotely in the above-<\/p>\n\n\n\n mentioned manner. A written contract is not prepared separately — conclusion means mutual<\/p>\n\n\n\n confirmation of the proposal and acceptance of the contract through electronic communication, not<\/p>\n\n\n\n the issuance of a document explicitly called a “Contract.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n g. Informational character.<\/strong> The presentation of courses on the website has only an informational<\/p>\n\n\n\n character and is not a proposal to conclude a contract within the meaning of \u00a7 1732 para. 2 of the<\/p>\n\n\n\n Civil Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n IV. Course Fee Price and Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n a. Course fee amount<\/strong>. The price for a specific course is stated in its offer on the Provider’s Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The course fee is typically set as a one-time amount for the entire course (for example, for a<\/p>\n\n\n\n semester cycle of lessons). In individually agreed cases, installment payment may be allowed. The<\/p>\n\n\n\n possibility of installment payment is above-standard and must be explicitly agreed upon during<\/p>\n\n\n\n registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n b. Payment method<\/strong>. The course fee is paid by bank transfer to the Provider’s account, the details of<\/p>\n\n\n\n which are stated in the enrollment confirmation or on the issued invoice. The day of payment is<\/p>\n\n\n\n considered the day the amount is credited to the Provider’s account. In the future, the Customer may<\/p>\n\n\n\n be offered the possibility of card payment through a secure online payment gateway; the Provider<\/p>\n\n\n\n will inform about this possibility within payment instructions. The Customer pays all bank fees and<\/p>\n\n\n\n is responsible for the Provider receiving the course fee in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n c. Due date<\/strong>. Unless stated otherwise, the course fee is due within 7 calendar days from enrollment<\/p>\n\n\n\n confirmation, but no later than before the start of the first course lesson. In case of agreed<\/p>\n\n\n\n installment payment, individual installments are due on dates established during registration (e.g.,<\/p>\n\n\n\n first part before course start, next part during its progress).<\/p>\n\n\n\n d. Payment receipt<\/strong>. The Provider will issue a tax document (invoice) for the received payment in<\/p>\n\n\n\n the Customer’s name. If the Customer requires issuing an invoice to a legal entity or with other<\/p>\n\n\n\n requirements (e.g., Company ID, VAT ID), they are obligated to state this fact during registration.e. Late payment<\/strong>. If the Customer does not pay the course fee within the established period, the<\/p>\n\n\n\n Provider is entitled to cancel the course reservation. Before canceling the spot, the Customer will<\/p>\n\n\n\n typically be notified by email and provided with a reasonable additional period for payment. If the<\/p>\n\n\n\n Provider does not receive payment even within this additional period, the order is considered<\/p>\n\n\n\n canceled by the Customer before course start. In such case, the cancellation conditions stated in<\/p>\n\n\n\n Article VII apply. The Provider reserves the right to refuse the Participant’s presence in any Lesson<\/p>\n\n\n\n if the Customer is in arrears with course fee payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n V. Organization of Instruction and Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n a. Form of instruction<\/strong>. Courses organized by the Provider may take place in-person (offline),<\/p>\n\n\n\n remotely (online) or in combined form, according to the character of the specific course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Information about the form of instruction is always stated in the course description. For in-person<\/p>\n\n\n\n courses, the venue is stated; for online courses, the Customer receives connection instructions<\/p>\n\n\n\n before course start (e.g., videoconference link or access to online platform).<\/p>\n\n\n\n b. Schedule and lesson length<\/strong>. A standard course consists of regular lessons, usually held once<\/p>\n\n\n\n weekly. The total number of lessons and period of conduct is stated in the course description. The<\/p>\n\n\n\n Provider communicates specific days, lesson lengths, times and other lesson details before course<\/p>\n\n\n\n start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n c. Course content.<\/strong> Course curriculum is determined by the Provider according to age group and<\/p>\n\n\n\n topic (e.g., programming basics, robotics, game development, etc.). The Provider reserves the right<\/p>\n\n\n\n to reasonably adjust instruction content depending on participants’ progress and group needs,<\/p>\n\n\n\n provided this does not change the overall character of the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n d. Communication with Customer<\/strong>. The Provider’s basic communication channel with the<\/p>\n\n\n\n Customer is the email address stated in the enrollment. Important course information will be sent to<\/p>\n\n\n\n this address, e.g., enrollment confirmation, organizational instructions, schedule changes or<\/p>\n\n\n\n announcements about makeup lessons. For quick communication, the Provider may also use other<\/p>\n\n\n\n forms of communication, e.g., messages through applications (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram), if the<\/p>\n\n\n\n Customer provides the corresponding contact and agrees to this form of communication. In urgent<\/p>\n\n\n\n cases, the Provider may also contact the Customer by phone at the number stated in the enrollment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Customer acknowledges and agrees that legally significant communications (e.g., course<\/p>\n\n\n\n changes, cancellations, enrollment confirmations) may be delivered via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n e. Online parent portal<\/strong>. The Provider may establish an online information system for parents,<\/p>\n\n\n\n which will serve to overview attendance, course progress, participant advancement or sharing<\/p>\n\n\n\n educational materials. If this platform is established, the Customer will receive access credentials<\/p>\n\n\n\n and further instructions. Communication through this system is considered equivalent to email<\/p>\n\n\n\n communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n f. Customer and Participant obligations<\/strong>. The Customer is responsible for the Participant<\/p>\n\n\n\n attending lessons on time, reasonably prepared and equipped. For online instruction, this includes<\/p>\n\n\n\n especially equipment with internet connection and necessary software according to Provider<\/p>\n\n\n\n instructions. The course participant is obligated to follow instructor directions and basic rules of<\/p>\n\n\n\n decent behavior during instruction. The Provider reserves the right to exclude from the course a<\/p>\n\n\n\n participant who would repeatedly and seriously disrupt instruction or endanger themselves or<\/p>\n\n\n\n others. Exclusion will be preceded by parent notification. In case of exclusion for disciplinary<\/p>\n\n\n\n reasons, the Customer has no right to course fee refund, unless the Provider decides otherwise.g. Educational materials and technical conditions<\/strong>. The Provider ensures necessary study<\/p>\n\n\n\n materials for instruction. These materials may be provided in printed form (for in-person courses) or<\/p>\n\n\n\n electronically (email, through parent portal, etc.). For online courses, the Customer is obligated to<\/p>\n\n\n\n ensure suitable technical equipment for the child’s participation — for example, a computer with<\/p>\n\n\n\n internet connection, microphone and installed application (e.g., Zoom). The Provider bears no<\/p>\n\n\n\n responsibility for technical difficulties on the Customer’s side that prevent the participant from<\/p>\n\n\n\n attending a lesson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n VI. Missed Lessons and Substitutions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n a. Participant absence.<\/strong> If the Participant cannot attend a lesson for their own reasons (e.g., illness,<\/p>\n\n\n\n family vacation, school event), they have no right to a makeup lesson or proportional course fee<\/p>\n\n\n\n refund. Courses are organized as group instruction that proceeds according to the established<\/p>\n\n\n\n schedule regardless of individual participants’ absence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n b. Voluntary compensation possibilities.<\/strong> The Provider may attempt, within their operational<\/p>\n\n\n\n capabilities, to offer voluntary substitution, for example in the form of participation in another<\/p>\n\n\n\n lesson of a similar course, providing educational materials from the missed lesson or consultation<\/p>\n\n\n\n with the instructor. These possibilities are voluntary performance by the Provider; provision of such<\/p>\n\n\n\n substitution cannot be guaranteed. Providing compensation in the past or providing compensation to<\/p>\n\n\n\n another Participant does not establish a right to provide compensation in other cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n c. Missed individual lessons<\/strong>. For individual lessons (i.e., lessons with one participant), the<\/p>\n\n\n\n Customer may cancel the agreed date without penalty no later than 24 hours in advance. In such<\/p>\n\n\n\n case, the lesson will be moved to another mutually agreed date. When canceling within a shorter<\/p>\n\n\n\n period, or if the Participant fails to attend the lesson without excuse, the lesson is forfeited without<\/p>\n\n\n\n right to substitution and the Customer has no right to course fee refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n d. Short-term technical outages during online lessons<\/strong>. Temporary technical outages on the<\/p>\n\n\n\n Provider’s side during online lessons (e.g., connection interruption) will be resolved according to<\/p>\n\n\n\n the situation by extending the lesson, repeating instruction at the next date, or providing a makeup<\/p>\n\n\n\n lesson, if the outage prevents conducting a substantial part of the instruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n VII. Contract Withdrawal and Cancellation Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n a. Canceling participation before course start<\/strong>. The Customer is entitled to cancel their<\/p>\n\n\n\n participation in the course (withdraw from the contract) no later than five working days before the<\/p>\n\n\n\n first lesson. In such case, the Provider will refund the course fee in full. If the Customer requests<\/p>\n\n\n\n cancellation later, the Provider will attempt to fill the vacated spot with another interested party. If<\/p>\n\n\n\n successful, the course fee will be refunded in full; otherwise, the Provider is entitled to charge a<\/p>\n\n\n\n cancellation fee equal to the course fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n b. Interrupting participation during the course<\/strong>. If the Customer decides to interrupt participation<\/p>\n\n\n\n during an already ongoing course, they have no right to refund of a proportional part of the course<\/p>\n\n\n\n fee. An exception may be a serious situation, for example long-term illness of the Participant<\/p>\n\n\n\n preventing further attendance, documented by medical certificate, or fundamental change in family<\/p>\n\n\n\n situation. In such case, the Provider may offer partial compensation, for example refunding a<\/p>\n\n\n\n proportional part of the course fee, suspending the course and continuing at another date, or<\/p>\n\n\n\n transferring remaining credit to other services. Providing this substitution depends on the Provider’s<\/p>\n\n\n\n discretion; the Customer has no right to it.c. Form and effectiveness<\/strong>. Canceling participation must be announced in writing, typically by<\/p>\n\n\n\n email to the Provider’s official contact address. The decisive date is considered the day of delivery<\/p>\n\n\n\n of such notification. The Provider will confirm receipt of the cancellation and agree with the<\/p>\n\n\n\n Customer on further procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n d. Course fee refund.<\/strong> Any course fee refund will be made without undue delay from cancellation<\/p>\n\n\n\n confirmation, by transfer to the bank account from which payment was made, unless the parties<\/p>\n\n\n\n agree otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n e. Withdrawal from remotely concluded contract<\/strong>. The Customer acknowledges that the<\/p>\n\n\n\n Provider’s courses represent services connected with leisure time use provided at a specific date. In<\/p>\n\n\n\n accordance with \u00a7 1837 letter j) of the Civil Code, it is therefore not possible to withdraw from the<\/p>\n\n\n\n contract within 14 days, even if it was concluded through distance communication means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n VIII. Changes and Cancellation by the Provider<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n a. Not starting course for operational reasons<\/strong>. The Provider reserves the right not to start a<\/p>\n\n\n\n course if insufficient participants enroll or other serious operational reasons arise that prevent<\/p>\n\n\n\n opening (e.g., long-term instructor indisposition, technical failure). In such case, the Customer will<\/p>\n\n\n\n be informed as early as possible before the planned start and the Provider will refund 100% of the<\/p>\n\n\n\n paid course fee, or offer to transfer payment to another course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n b. Minor organizational changes during the course<\/strong>. During an ongoing course, minor<\/p>\n\n\n\n organizational changes may occur that do not affect the overall scope of service — for example, one-<\/p>\n\n\n\n time postponement of a lesson date, instructor change or short-term instruction interruption due to<\/p>\n\n\n\n force majeure. These changes are not contract breach and do not establish the Customer’s right to<\/p>\n\n\n\n compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n c. Lesson cancellation by the Provider<\/strong>. If a lesson is canceled by the Provider (e.g., due to<\/p>\n\n\n\n instructor illness, technical problems or other operational reasons), the Provider will attempt to<\/p>\n\n\n\n ensure a suitable alternative in the form of a makeup lesson at the earliest possible date (e.g., by<\/p>\n\n\n\n adding a lesson at the end of the course or arranging another date), or proportional financial<\/p>\n\n\n\n compensation if a makeup lesson cannot be ensured (e.g., after course completion or due to<\/p>\n\n\n\n Participant non-attendance at the makeup date). Compensation will be provided in the form of<\/p>\n\n\n\n partial course fee refund or discount on the next course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n d. Significant changes.<\/strong> If a significant change occurs that could fundamentally affect the<\/p>\n\n\n\n Participant’s ability to participate (e.g., long-term change of instruction day or form changing from<\/p>\n\n\n\n in-person to online instruction), the Customer will be informed of this change in advance and<\/p>\n\n\n\n allowed to express their disagreement in writing. If they do so no later than 10 days from<\/p>\n\n\n\n notification, the Provider will offer them a suitable solution — for example, transfer to another<\/p>\n\n\n\n course or proportional course fee refund. If the Customer does not respond, it is assumed they agree<\/p>\n\n\n\n with the change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n IX. Transfer of Participation to Another Person<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n a. Transfer possibility<\/strong>. If the Course Participant can no longer attend instruction, they may propose<\/p>\n\n\n\n transferring participation to another person. Such transfer must be requested in writing and is only<\/p>\n\n\n\n possible with the Provider’s prior consent and simultaneously with the new person’s consent to these<\/p>\n\n\n\n Terms and Personal Data Processing Principles. Transfer is usually possible before course start or<\/p>\n\n\n\n after completing a maximum of several initial lessons.b. Requirements for new participant<\/strong>. The new Participant must meet the specific course<\/p>\n\n\n\n conditions, especially age category and any entry knowledge. The Customer is responsible for the<\/p>\n\n\n\n new person (or their parents) being properly familiarized with these Terms. Transfer becomes<\/p>\n\n\n\n effective when confirmed by the Provider and simultaneously when acceptance of Terms and<\/p>\n\n\n\n Principles by the new Customer or Participant is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n c. Administrative fee<\/strong>. A reasonable administrative fee may be charged for transfer, which will not<\/p>\n\n\n\n exceed the Provider’s actual costs. The Customer will be informed of any fee in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n X. Completion Certificate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n a. Certificate issuance possibility<\/strong>. The Provider may issue completion certificates or achievement<\/p>\n\n\n\n level certifications to Participants who successfully complete the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n b. Conditions for obtaining<\/strong>. Certificate issuance may be conditional on meeting requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n established by the Provider at course start. Participation in at least 75% of lessons, active<\/p>\n\n\n\n engagement in instruction and successful completion of a final project or test is expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n c. Individual assessment for absences<\/strong>. In case of excused long-term absence (e.g., due to illness),<\/p>\n\n\n\n the Provider may recognize course completion individually, for example after verifying achieved<\/p>\n\n\n\n knowledge at a makeup date. If the participant does not meet established conditions, a certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n need not be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n d. Certificate form and purpose<\/strong>. The certificate is standardly provided in electronic form (PDF),<\/p>\n\n\n\n also in printed form upon request. It serves as confirmation of participation and achieved progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is not an accredited document according to the Ministry of Education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n XI. Other Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n a. Rights to educational materials<\/strong>. All educational materials provided within the course are<\/p>\n\n\n\n intended exclusively for the participant’s personal use and are subject to copyright protection. Any<\/p>\n\n\n\n further distribution, copying or commercial use without the Provider’s express consent is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n b. Rights to participant outputs<\/strong>. Copyrighted works created by Participants during the course<\/p>\n\n\n\n (e.g., programming projects, graphics, models) may be used by the Provider for any purposes,<\/p>\n\n\n\n especially for course presentation, promotion or further educational activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n c. Liability<\/strong>. The Provider bears no responsibility for technical difficulties on the Customer’s side or<\/p>\n\n\n\n for damages caused by force majeure. The Provider also does not guarantee participation results or<\/p>\n\n\n\n that the Participant will achieve a specific knowledge level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n d. Participant exclusion for Terms violation<\/strong>. In case of substantial or repeated minor violation of<\/p>\n\n\n\n these Terms by the Customer or Participant (e.g., non-respect of behavior rules, serious instruction<\/p>\n\n\n\n disruption, non-compliance with instructor directions, etc.), the Provider is entitled to unilaterally<\/p>\n\n\n\n terminate service provision to the given Participant and Customer, without right to course fee<\/p>\n\n\n\n refund. Such termination will be preceded by written Customer notification, unless the situation’s<\/p>\n\n\n\n severity requires immediate intervention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n e. Distance communication<\/strong>. The Customer agrees to use distance communication means when<\/p>\n\n\n\n concluding the contract and providing Services. The Customer bears costs incurred when using<\/p>\n\n\n\n these means.XII. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n a. Legal regime<\/strong>. Legal relations between the Provider and Customer that are not explicitly<\/p>\n\n\n\n regulated by these Terms are governed by Czech Republic law. If the Customer is a consumer, the<\/p>\n\n\n\n Civil Code and Consumer Protection Act apply especially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n b. Out-of-court dispute resolution<\/strong>. The Customer as a consumer has the right to out-of-court<\/p>\n\n\n\n dispute resolution. The competent entity is the Czech Trade Inspection (www.coi.cz). A proposal<\/p>\n\n\n\n may be submitted within one year from when the Customer first asserted their claim with the<\/p>\n\n\n\n Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n c. Personal data processing<\/strong>. In connection with service provision, personal data of the Customer<\/p>\n\n\n\n and Course Participant is processed. Processing rules, data scope, purposes and other information<\/p>\n\n\n\n are stated in the Personal Data Processing Principles document, available on the Provider’s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n d. Terms effectiveness and changes<\/strong>. These Terms become valid and effective on the date stated<\/p>\n\n\n\n below and replace all previous versions. The Provider reserves the right to change the Terms to a<\/p>\n\n\n\n reasonable extent, especially in connection with legal regulation development or service provision<\/p>\n\n\n\n methods. New versions will be published on the Provider’s website. It is assumed that the Customer<\/p>\n\n\n\n expressed consent to Terms changes and accepted their updated version if they were sent by email<\/p>\n\n\n\n and within 14 days from email delivery to the Company, they did not notify their disagreement in<\/p>\n\n\n\n writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n e. Severability clause<\/strong>. If any provision of these Terms proves invalid, this does not cause invalidity<\/p>\n\n\n\n of the Terms as a whole.
